Two New Holiday Collections with Heidi Swapp!
Last night, in celebration of Cyber Monday and frankly the fact that it is finally cooling off here in North Carolina (we ran the AC on Thanksgiving…), Heidi Swapp and I released TWO digital paper and element collections for your enjoyment!
The first one (and my favorite) is 12 Days of Christmas. It features vintage imagery with modern twists (think chevrons, damasks, lime green pops) and the full collection contains 28 papers and more than 50 embellishments. Check that out right here:
This is the first time I’ve ever collaborated on a digital kit, and the first time that Heidi and I have ever done design work together. It won’t be the last! She is absolutely MAGIC to work with. A true creative genius, and I am so excited to call her my friend.
The secon collection (and Heidi’s favorite) is called Winter Wonderland, and is filled with cool and calming greys, blues, and pops of red. Gorgeous!
I’m super proud of these two collections and I know you’ll find them both useful and versatile, even beyond the holidays! Each collection features 28 papers and more than 50 incredible embellishments for both digital and hybrid crafters. LOVE!
Mobile Device Wallpapers
And in honor of the deliciousness, I’ve got two super-cute iphone wallpapers!
Ok, so if you’ve never added a custom wallpaper to your iphone, it’s easy! All you do is right-click on this image here:
Then you’ll save the image to your desktop or to another folder (you might even create one called Wallpapers, since I’ll be releasing MORE of these. ;).
Then you’ll fire up your email program and MAIL THE IMAGE TO YOURSELF.
Check your mail on your phone.
Click on the image to save it to your phone.
Now go to your Photos app on your phone. The first image that comes up should be the image above. Click on the little box with the arrow at the bottom of the screen, and it’ll pop up a menu. Choose Use As Wallpaper.
Now that first image you’ll want to just set as your Lock Screen. So every time your screen locks and you open it, you’ll see that adorable image up there.
Now for the “Home” or “Wallpaper” screen - the one that is the background behind all your apps as you’re using your phone. First save off this image by right-clicking:
Repeat the process above, except set this one to “Set Home Screen”.
And done. So easy!
And now your phone feels as festive as you do!
To grab the full versions of ALL the papers I used here (including that incredible subway-style artwork dressed in green up there), just head over and pick up the FULL COLLECTION of the 12 Days of Christmas. Made with LoVe & a Little MaGiC by Jessica Sprague & Heidi Swapp. :)
