The kids were out of school today for a teacher workday. So it was Mama + Kid day, and we made the most of it. Subway for lunch, then Old Navy, Borders, Coldstone. Ah. Total suburban magic, right? We could have had that exact experience in probably 1000 cities across the country, but it doesn’t make it less special. :)
I told the kids we were going to Old Navy and Elliott said, “Mama! It’s not Old Navy, it’s Old Maybe.”
“Spooks” Mini Album
I put up a really cute last-minute Halloween album in Photoshop Friday today, called “Spooks” - it’s meant to be a record of all your childrens’ costumes through the years. I can’t believe mine has 13 pages in it (6 for Rowen and 5 for Elliott), and it’s easy to add to year after year.
The album comes in two Photoshop documents you can add your images and papers to, and print onto letter-sized photo paper. Here’s one of the pages printed and cut out:
I mostly just used rhinestones, and punched the left side of the page and put in binder rings and ribbons tied on. Simple, and a fun way to celebrate the Spooks in your life. :)
Best yet? This album is on sale for $1.00 (including 4 digital papers and the fully designed templates) through the weekend. Wee!
