One of the big projects I was working on during November and December is part of the great new partnership between Creating Keepsakes and Shutterfly. I developed an ABC photo book, and I’m so excited that it’s finally live! YAY!
The default ABC book comes with 20 pages you can pop your photos into and add a little text, and it also has single pages for each letter, so you can spell different words, rather than just going in order of the alphabet. The colors are great as a bedtime story for your child, or as a learning tool for a preschooler, or a gift for a faraway grandchild. It’s bound with a layout on the cover (the cover text can say anything you want!), and your text on the spine, so there’s instant fun! The layouts are all unique, but follow the same design style, so it’s easy to create a quick, gorgeous, cohesive album.
Here’s a little more detail in the pages. You can order books in either 8x8 or 12x12 sizes:
You can find more info on this book here.
I also wrote an article about some ideas for an ABC book here.
I’d like to compile a list of ideas for ABCs - if you have a list, or a link to a list, or want to type a few ideas here, that would be awesome! We can all help each other come up with ideas for those random letters, or themes we could use. :)Technorati tags: Creating Keepsakes, Shutterfly, photo book, Ali Edwards, digital scrapbooking
